Si le plateau est de travers, la buse pourrait \u00eatre bien r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 droite du plateau par exemple, et avoir trop de jeu plus \u00e0 gauche. Ce qui cr\u00e9era un probl\u00e8me d&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion de plateau lors de l&rsquo;impression o\u00f9 la pi\u00e8ce se d\u00e9collera \u00e0 sa gauche.<\/p><p>Il existe principalement deux techniques pour la mise \u00e0 niveau du plateau. La <strong>premi\u00e8re technique est automatique<\/strong> et est propos\u00e9e par certains fabricants d&rsquo;imprimantes 3D. Elle s&rsquo;accompagne d&rsquo;un menu d&rsquo;auto leveling qui une fois lanc\u00e9e vient d\u00e9placer la buse de l&rsquo;imprimante pour venir palper le plateau pour calibrer au mieux ce dernier. Cela peut aussi \u00eatre fait gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des capteurs sur l&rsquo;imprimante.<\/p><p>Pour la seconde m\u00e9thode, qui est, elle, <strong>manuelle<\/strong>, il est n\u00e9cessaire de vous \u00e9quiper de post-it ou d&rsquo;une cale ainsi que d&rsquo;un peu de patience. Vous devrez \u00e0 plusieurs endroits du plateau venir positionner la buse \u00e0 quelques dixi\u00e8mes de millim\u00e8tre du plateau (l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur d&rsquo;un post-it est tout \u00e0 fait recommand\u00e9e si vous n&rsquo;avez pas de cale sp\u00e9cifique). En\u00a0 jouant avec les molettes de r\u00e9glages du plateau vous pourrez ainsi r\u00e9gler la bonne hauteur.<\/p><p>N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 faire <strong>r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement une v\u00e9rification<\/strong> de votre plateau, c&rsquo;est important et cela prend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 1 ou 2 minutes avec un peu d&rsquo;habitude.<\/p><p>N&rsquo;oubliez pas non plus de laver votre plateau (apr\u00e8s chaque impression). Il peut \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant de regarder \u00e0 la solution d&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion que vous utilisez. Il existe beaucoup de solutions diff\u00e9rentes pour r\u00e9aliser une <strong>bonne adh\u00e9sion plateau<\/strong> dont la laque, la colle en stick ou des colles sp\u00e9cifiques comme la <a href=\"\/tous-les-produits\/514-magigoo-original-50-ml-solution-adhesive.html\"><strong>Colle Magigoo Original<\/strong><\/a>. D&rsquo;autres m\u00e9thodes comme le scotch de peintre existe aussi mais nous ne les verrons pas dans cet article.<\/p><p>Nous vous conseillons d&rsquo;utiliser une <a href=\"\/tous-les-produits\/514-magigoo-original-50-ml-solution-adhesive.html\">colle sp\u00e9cifique Magigoo Original<\/a>. Cette colle permet d&rsquo;avoir un maintien optimal de votre pi\u00e8ce tout au long de l&rsquo;impression.<\/p><p>Vous pouvez aussi penser \u00e0 changer la temp\u00e9rature du plateau. Nous avons une derni\u00e8re piste \u00e0 explorer et \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier : vos param\u00e8tres et les r\u00e9glages de votre slicer.<\/p><h3>Radeau ou Bordure<\/h3><p>Un <strong>radeau ou une bordure<\/strong> autour de votre print peut augmenter consid\u00e9rablement la surface d&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion de votre pi\u00e8ce au plateau lorsque vous tentez d&rsquo;imprimer des objets fins.<\/p><p>Le radeau s&rsquo;\u00e9tend sous toute la surface de l&rsquo;objet ce qui augmente consid\u00e9rablement le temps et la quantit\u00e9 de <a href=\"\/7-filament-pla\">filament PLA<\/a> consomm\u00e9 pendant l&rsquo;impression. Vous pouvez essayer d&rsquo;abord avec une bordure simple.<\/p><h3>Vitesse d&rsquo;impression<\/h3><p>La vitesse est un des factures cl\u00e9s d&rsquo;une impression 3D r\u00e9ussie. Plus la vitesse sera lente et meilleur sera le r\u00e9sultat. Cependant, l&rsquo;inverse est tout aussi vrai et une vitesse trop importante pourrait rendre l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion des couches difficiles au plateau. V\u00e9rifier que la vitesse d&rsquo;impression de votre premi\u00e8re couche est <strong>bien r\u00e9gl\u00e9e autour de 20mm\/s<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element
