En effet, de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re qu&rsquo;avec l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, une buse bouch\u00e9e pourrait cr\u00e9er <strong>des trous ou des bulles<\/strong> dans vos couches car votre filament pourrait avoir du mal \u00e0 totalement s&rsquo;extruder pendant l&rsquo;impression.<\/p>\n<p>Une buse bouch\u00e9e arrive rarement avec du <a href=\"\/7-filament-pla\">filament PLA<\/a> mais si vous utilisez des filaments plus techniques n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 nettoyer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement votre buse pour vous assurer des impressions 3D de Temp\u00e9rature<\/h2>\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;extrusion de votre filament peut aussi \u00eatre <strong>un facteur de sous extrusion<\/strong>. Tous les filaments ont une plage avec la temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;impression. Pour le<a href=\"\/7-filament-pla\"> filament PLA<\/a> par exemple, on le trouve souvent entre 180 et 220\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous <strong>imprimez \u00e0 180\u00b0C et avez de la sous extrusion<\/strong>, essayez d&rsquo;augmenter la temp\u00e9rature. Vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas oblig\u00e9 d&rsquo;aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 220\u00b0C tout de suite, mais augmenter de 5 \u00e0 10\u00b0C par essai pour voir si cela r\u00e8gle le probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Le filament pourrait \u00eatre pas assez chaud dans votre buse lors de son extrusion et ne pas \u00eatre extrud\u00e9 totalement ce qui provoquerait les manques sur votre impression 3D.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08ca1bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-menu-anchor\" data-id=\"08ca1bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"menu-anchor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-menu-anchor\" id=\"vitesseflow\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f49b0bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f49b0bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Sous extrusion : Vitesse et Flow<\/h2>\n<p>Enfin, la <strong>vitesse et le flow<\/strong> sont deux param\u00e8tres qui pourraient rentrer en compte et <strong>corriger vos probl\u00e8mes de sous extrusion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la vitesse, cela viendrait d&rsquo;une impression trop rapide de votre filament. Si la vitesse d&rsquo;extrusion est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 ce que peut supporter votre <a href=\"\/90-imprimante-3d\">imprimante 3D<\/a> alors vous auriez un probl\u00e8me de sous extrusion. Comme le filament ne serait pas pouss\u00e9 assez fort vers la buse, il sortirait moins de mati\u00e8re que pr\u00e9vu (d&rsquo;o\u00f9 le manque lors de l&rsquo;impression de la couche).<\/p>\n<p>Pour le flow, celui-ci g\u00e8re le \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9bit\u00a0\u00bb de mati\u00e8re que vous \u00e9jectez avec votre <a href=\"\/90-imprimante-3d\">imprimante 3D<\/a>. Nous mettons cette m\u00e9thode en derni\u00e8re car bien qu&rsquo;efficace elle cache souvent le vrai probl\u00e8me.
