Ce que l&rsquo;on entend pas calibration du plateau correspond en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 un <strong>couple de r\u00e9glage.<\/strong><\/p><p>Le premier \u00e9l\u00e9ment machine \u00e0 r\u00e9gler est le<strong> Z-offset <\/strong>de votre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polyfab3d.fr\/90-imprimante-3d\">imprimante 3D<\/a>, cela correspond \u00e0 l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9cart entre la buse et le plateau en position de d\u00e9part<\/strong>. La position d&rsquo;origine de la buse d&rsquo;impression doit \u00eatre positionn\u00e9e entre 0.1 et 0.2 mm du plateau. Ce Z-offset est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement manuel et \u00e0 r\u00e9gler directement sur l&rsquo;imprimante 3D. L&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;une bordure ou d&rsquo;un radeau va \u00e9galement pouvoir aider dans ce sens.<\/p><p>La premi\u00e8re couche a pour r\u00f4le d&rsquo;assurer une liaison efficace avec le plateau de fabrication.<\/p><p>Ainsi, un d\u00e9p\u00f4t lent et suffisamment \u00e9pais est important. La fine couche qui compose la bordure est en contact direct avec le plateau chaud, elle va aider \u00e0 maintenir une adh\u00e9rence sur les zones sensibles.<\/p><p>Le radeau va quant \u00e0 lui permettre la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une structure fine sous l&rsquo;objet \u00e0 imprimer. Cette structure de radeau va limiter les tensions appliqu\u00e9es sur le plateau et augmenter les chances d&rsquo;avoir une adh\u00e9rence efficace. Il est alors n\u00e9cessaire de travailler dans cette plage selon votre type de rev\u00eatement plateau et la dimension de votre mod\u00e8le 3D.<\/p><p>En utilisant les temp\u00e9ratures recommand\u00e9es, certains mat\u00e9riaux vont d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisamment bien adh\u00e9rer sur le plateau. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polyfab3d.fr\/7-filament-pla\">filament PLA<\/a> par exemple imprim\u00e9 sur un plateau en verre \u00e0 60\u00b0C aura une adh\u00e9rence parfaite pendant l&rsquo;impression. D\u00e8s lors que la temp\u00e9rature du plateau refroidit, l&rsquo;objet imprim\u00e9 en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polyfab3d.fr\/ressources\/quest-ce-que-le-pla\/\">PLA<\/a> se d\u00e9collera tout
