Les utilisateurs de tous niveaux d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience peuvent l&rsquo;utiliser avec facilit\u00e9, et il est disponible dans un nombre \u00e9tonnant de couleurs.<\/p><p>Mais chaque mat\u00e9riau a Ils sont compos\u00e9s en tr\u00e8s grande partie comme le PLA et disposent de quelques additifs leur donnant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s int\u00e9ressantes.<\/p><p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polyfab3d.fr\/8-pla-renforce\">PLA renforc\u00e9<\/a> (ou Tough), comme le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polyfab3d.fr\/pla-renforce\/1993-forshape-pla-tough-175mm-750g-bobine-blanc.html\">PLA Tough Blanc de Forshape<\/a> permet <strong>d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 un PLA standard. Celui-ci sera plus proche d&rsquo;un ABS mais gardera la mauvaise r\u00e9sistance thermique du PLA.<\/p><p>Le PLA Ultra (ou PLA-X), comme le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polyfab3d.fr\/filament-imprimante-3d\/1992-pla-x-ultra-noir-forshape-175mm-750g.html\">PLA Ultra Forshape Industrial<\/a>, est un mat\u00e9riau qui se rapproche du Tough mais avec C&rsquo;est celui qui sera <strong>le plus rigide<\/strong> et intrins\u00e8quement le plus cassant. Cependant, comme tous les mat\u00e9riaux il subit une faible liaison inter couche apr\u00e8s impression. La cuisson post impression permet de <strong>lier les couches entres-elles<\/strong> et va naturellement augmenter la r\u00e9sistance en Z du mod\u00e8le 3D.<\/p><p>Pour am\u00e9liorer les qualit\u00e9s de nos impressions, nous devons <strong>r\u00e9organiser leurs cha\u00eenes mol\u00e9culaires<\/strong> pour les rendre mieux rang\u00e9es, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, plus similaires aux polym\u00e8res cristallins. En plus des pr\u00e9cautions de nettoyage nous vous recommandons de faire attention au remplissage utilis\u00e9 pour votre impression.<\/p><div class=\"alert alert-info\"><strong>Note<\/strong> : Si vous utilisez du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polyfab3d.fr\/filament-imprimante-3d\/1992-pla-x-ultra-noir-forshape-175mm-750g.html\">PLA Ultra<\/a>, vous pouvez garder un comportement d&rsquo;impression \u00ab\u00a0normal\u00a0\u00bb, ce mat\u00e9riau \u00e9tant pr\u00e9vu pour \u00eatre cuit, il ne subira que de l\u00e9g\u00e8re d\u00e9formation.<\/div><p>Pour la PLA et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polyfab3d.fr\/8-pla-renforce\">PLA Tough<\/a>, nous vous recommandons de <strong>remplir \u00e0 100%<\/strong> votre impression et de choisir un motif de remplissage simple (comme la ligne) pour \u00e9viter au maximum des trous ou espace \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de votre mod\u00e8le. Une autre m\u00e9thode, plus proche de l&rsquo;impression m\u00e9tal reviendrait \u00e0 mettre un <strong>nombre de coques infinies<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Enfin, avant la cuisson, nous vous recommandons fortement de proc\u00e9der au <strong>nettoyage complet<\/strong> de la pi\u00e8ce. Supprimer bien les supports et les traces ou r\u00e9sidus de colle que vous pourriez avoir sur votre Lorsque l\u2019objet a termin\u00e9 sa cuisson, ne retirez pas l\u2019objet imm\u00e9diatement mais<strong> laissez-le refroidir lentement<\/strong> dans le four \u00e9teint jusqu\u2019\u00e0 retomber \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature ambiante..<\/li><li>4. Ajoutez au moins 5 cm de sable fin au fond du r\u00e9cipient et placez votre pi\u00e8ce dessus. Versez doucement le sable tout autour et assurez-vous qu&rsquo;il remplit tous les vides. En ajoutant du sable, vous <strong>soutenez votre pi\u00e8ce imprim\u00e9e<\/strong> de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s afin qu&rsquo;elle ne puisse pas se d\u00e9former ou r\u00e9tr\u00e9cir autant qu&rsquo;elle le ferait sans ce support. Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 95-115\u00b0C (200-230\u00b0F) et laissez-le \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature pendant 10 minutes pour vous assurer que le four a eu le temps de se stabiliser et de ne pas d\u00e9passer la temp\u00e9rature fix\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Ins\u00e9rez ensuite le bol rempli de sable et laissez-le <strong>pendant une heure<\/strong> pour vous assurer que le sable a eu le temps de se r\u00e9chauffer compl\u00e8tement et de se transf\u00e9rer \u00e0 votre pi\u00e8ce.
