Le Panchroma™ Matte PLA de Polymaker, nouvelle appellation du PolyTerra™ PLA, est un filament combinant PLA et minéraux organiques pour réduire l'utilisation de plastique.
Facile à imprimer et à retirer des supports, il offre une finition mate sophistiquée qui masque les lignes de couches, assurant des résultats lisses et esthétiques. Plus rigide et résistant qu’un PLA classique, il permet de réaliser des pièces professionnelles avec rapidité et simplicité.
Écoresponsable, il est livré avec des bobines recyclées, et Polymaker s’engage à planter un arbre pour chaque bobine vendue.
Disponible en plusieurs collections de couleurs.
Le Panchroma™ Matte PLA est idéal pour la création de décorations élégantes, grâce à sa finition mate qui sublime les détails.
Il convient parfaitement à l'impression de figurines, offrant un rendu esthétique et professionnel. Ce filament est également adapté pour fabriquer des jouets, alliant facilité d'impression et robustesse.
Enfin, il est un excellent choix pour réaliser des prototypes visuels, avec des surfaces lisses et une grande précision.
Pour imprimer le Panchroma™ Matte PLA, réglez la température d'extrusion entre 190 et 230°C, la température du plateau entre 25 et 60°C, et maintenez une vitesse d'impression inférieure à 300 mm/s.
⚠️ Étant légèrement plus abrasif que le PLA classique, il est recommandé d'utiliser une buse renforcée pour des impressions fréquentes.
